Applications for Year 7 to Year 12 may be lodged up to two (2) years prior to the year of intended enrolment.

Enrolment offers for Year 7 are made 12-18 months prior to commencement year. At times, the number of applications we receive may be greater than the places available. If this happens, your application may be placed on our waitlist and we will keep you informed should a place become available.

While San Damiano College is a Catholic school, we are open to all families seeking a faith-based education in a welcoming and inclusive community. We celebrate the diversity of the families we serve and invite everyone to participate in and support the Catholic traditions, beliefs and values that guide our schools and enrich the educational experience of every student. Children who are baptised Catholic are given priority of enrolment at Brisbane Catholic Education schools.

If your child is placed on a waitlist, you will be kept informed throughout the enrolment process. If an availability arises, families will be contacted and offered a place where possible.

We welcome students and families who share in the values and ethos of a Catholic education. Each application we receive is assessed on its merit however where limited availability exists, priority may be given to:

Criteria 1: Baptised Catholic from a Catholic school.
Criteria 2: Sibling of a currently enrolled student.
Criteria 3: Baptised Catholic from a non-Catholic school.
Criteria 4: Students from other faith traditions whose families demonstrate that they share the expressed values of the school and who are willing to support and contribute to the school’s vision and ethos.
