Parents and caregivers visiting the College for student drop‑off or collection, delivery of medication, or other matters are asked to report to Student Reception upon arrival.

For the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff, parents and caregivers are requested not to move around the College grounds unless directed by staff.​

All guests and visitors must sign in and out at Main Reception using the on‑site kiosk. A printed visitor identification label must be worn visibly at all times while on campus.

Guest presenters or speakers are asked to complete the required form to indicate any ICT needs at least three (3) days prior to their visit.

All contractors working on campus must sign in and out at Main Reception using the kiosk and must have completed the BCE Contractor Induction before any work commences.
