San Damiano College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary college in the Franciscan tradition and is a proud member of the south east Queensland network of Catholic schools.
The college is part of the Church’s mission to educate and support the faith of its members.
Through an equitable and just enrolment process, the college is open and accessible to all families who seek to share and support its Gospel values. We extend particular assistance to students at the margins of society. The college implements the Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) Enrolment Application Support Process for students requiring educational adjustments.

Before submitting an enrolment application, please review the key dates below to ensure the year level and intake year you are seeking are currently open.
Applications for Year 7 to Year 12 may be lodged up to two (2) years prior to the year of intended enrolment.

Enrolment Process
Enrolments at San Damiano College are processed in accordance with our Enrolment Policy, with applications considered in the following order of priority: - Baptised Catholic from a Catholic school.
- Sibling of a currently enrolled student.
- Baptised Catholic from a non-Catholic school.
- Students from other faith traditions whose families demonstrate that they share the expressed values of the school and who are willing to support and contribute to the school’s vision and ethos.
Step 1: Submit an Enrolment Application

You will receive an acknowledgement email from the College within 48 hours of submitting your application.
If you are applying for more than one child, you will be given the option to submit an additional application for each child.
Step 2: Submit Required Documentation
Please forward the following documents to the Enrolments Office:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Current photograph of your child (shoulders up – e.g. recent school portrait)
- Most recent two semester school reports and NAPLAN report (if applicable)
- Any medical, learning or specialist reports
Where applicable:
- Legal documentation
- Medical Action Plan
- Specialist assessments
- Passport and Visa
- Australian Citizenship documentation (if born overseas)

Step 3: Enrolment Interview
Once all documentation has been received, and subject to vacancy, families will be invited to attend an Enrolment Interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Applications are not finalised until all required documentation has been received.
It is important that the student/s applying for enrolment attend this interview.
Step 4: Offer and Acceptance
Successful families will receive an Acceptance of Enrolment email, along with Confirmation of Enrolment Forms.
